Specialist Classes...

Men Only
Some men will prefer to work within an all-male environment. This class caters just for men, who are encouraged to work to their own level. Stretches and upper body strength work are mixed with Flex-Band®, Fitness Circle® and stability balls to create a workout geared towards men specifically. |

Gentle Pilates
This class focuses on the STOTT PILATES® priciples, but is a gentle workout. It is suitable for the more senior clients, or for those with some physical limitations, who wish to adhere to an exercise program. Exercises are executed at essential level and sometimes further modifications are made to make the exercises even more gentle if clents have any physical limitations or more serious joint, back or neck issues. |

Private Groups
Please contact me to discuss your requirements if you wish to exercise with a group of friends or work collegues. |

One to One
I am available for one to one private classes if you wish to have a progamme designed specifically for you. You will be given a posture analysis and a programme specified to correct any weaknesses or mis-aligments. Please note however, that I am not in any way qualifed to make any medical diagnosis, or treatments for any specific injuries or long term problems.
Classes can be carried out at Ashley Green or in the clients own home by arrangement. (Not evenings at present) | |
