Andrea Huntington, Studio and STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor
I am a fully insured level 2 instructor. I initially qualified 17 years ago and spent many years as a studio instructor. Over the years I have participated in many pilates classes. More recently I have completed an intensive mat based course for instructors of STOTT PILATES®
I have put together a calendar of classes with term dates and locations in the Chesham and Berkhamstead area. Please contact me should you not be able to find your requirements, as classes may be added should there be sufficient demand.

The aims focus on core stability, neutral body alignment and stability. The exercises work on strength, flexibilty and endurance, whilst not compromising injury or building muscle bulk.The results should produce a balanced body in alignment.
